Special info for users of Version 1.0
Version 1.1 of CATS is a minor upgrade to Version 1.0. Version 1.1 includes many more safeguards to make sure the target System file is being opened, read, modified, and saved properly.
If you have used Version 1.0 successfully, you do not need to redo your modificiations with version 1.1. However, you should use Version 1.1 if you decide to change your alias type style again in the future.
You use Version 1.1 just as you would Version 1.0, though there are important items not included in the Version 1.0 instructions:
1) You should put the *copy* System file you make into your CATS folder. Do not leave it on the desktop or in your System Folder.
2) You should run CATS after you have restarted your computer with extensions off (you do this by holding down the <SHIFT> key while restarting) and you should not have any other applications running when you run CATS.
